Girlfriend came over for the weekend and baked an amazing quiche and purchased a choclate tray bake for my birthday.

Gabriela baked the Chicken and Bacon quiche from scratch and used keto Pasty for the base.
One thing we realised, the pasty tasted like ‘normal’ pastry but do not warm this up in the microwave. It has the same challenges of normal pastry in that it can go soggy but this seems to be worse. I would recommend warming back up in the oven.
